The rotory knob that selects where you want the air to go is ineffective, the air blows from every duct regardless of selection. I have an 2004, and unsure if this is a vacuum controlled switch and have something going on there, or this is an electrical ( replace the box) type problem.
Please help!
Welcome to the Z! Sadly, sounds there is a blend door failure most likely, it's annoying to change as you have to dismantle the whole dash to get to the problem. Chrysler has a repair kit specifically for this problem.
could this be the same problem that I'm having my ac blows cold but no matter where I turn myselector low, med, high it all comes out the same super low and makes me sweat like a pig in june... plz help I checked the ac levels with my gauges and it all works great but inside it blows low and barely at all, but the air is cole...Also I know the blower seems to be working bc I can hear it kick on all the way from low to high changing its speeds..
plz help I live in texas and its HOT as Hockey sticks
