You'd have to get a hold of a local gear shop adn see what they can dig up for you. You'd need to get some HEAVY DUTY gears with a high yield strength, and a better bet would to get some high spline gears so you have more bite surface through the full diameter.
Here's a local place for me just to give you as idea. They handle a lot of the local off-road community (who're hell on their trucks) and are pretty knowledgable.
