    Sweet. Thanks, buddy. I'll check over on Autogeek tonight. (Maybe I'll see you there, lol.)

    Hey, primo. I've got another question about paint care, and well, I thought I'd ask the most knowledgeable guy I know, lol.

    It was 50 degrees here today, so I was able to get a good wash on the truck. In doing so, I found that I have what I believe to be "road tar" from winter pot-hole patches stuck to the lower parts of the truck behind the wheels. My question to you is: What is the safest way to remove this? I thought of clay, but wouldn't that just drag the offending particles (they are quite large) across the paint causing scratches? I know petro-based products (CRC, WD-40, etc.) dissolve these types of things, but will these attack the paint in any adverse way?

    Sorry for the bombardment of questions, man.

    T/c buddy.

    Awesome. Thanks buddy. Your advice is like gold. Is wax an option for a KAIO topper? I have a new bottle of Collinite 845 I'm dying to use, lol.

    Hey, man. How's things with you? Good I hope.

    I have two questions for you, if you don't mind:

    1) what is your opinion on the nanoskin system vs. clay?

    2) If used on paint with just micro-marring, would the Klasse AIO be an alternative to machine polishing?

    I value your opinion on these matters, man. Many thanks!

    t/c primo.

    Thanks, primo. Yeah, I thought as much. I am a believer in "just buy good and buy once" Just thought that maybe you had tried one, or heard something about them. Agreed on them looking like they would be a bitch to use. Anyway, will take your advice and wait until I can get a full-sized unit. Thanks again, buddy.

    hey paul;

    ive never used one of the drill driven units, but i cant imagine they would have much power and htey look hard as hell to use. if it were my money, id personally wait until i could find a bit more cash and get a better machine. i belive the griots garage is the most affordable DA polisher available and if you think long term, it has a lifetime warranty. that is just money well spent IMO. that machine has more than enough power and torque for the hobbyist for sure.

    Hey, primo! Got a question for ya'. My funds for "extras" lately have been at an all-time low. Anyway, in lieu of of a PC random-orbit or the like, what is your thought on the drill-driven units offered by Meguiars? I know they are not ideal, but just wondering if they would work in a pinch, or if it would be a total waste of valuable $$. I trust your opinion, so give it to me straight! LOL! t/c man.
