My kit came with 4 springs. I got an alignment right after I got it installed and haven't had any problems since. I'm using my factory shocks also with no problems. I'm in the same boat as you, the only thing heavy I plan on carrying is my bike and my wife's bike on a trailer, and the truck will do that with no problems. The 2 bikes with the trailer shouldn't be anymore than 1500 pounds total.

Ok so ur kit came with 4 coils? Do ur front tires camber in or need to have a front alignment done again. Cause I have an 08 and I believe they only come with the 2 front coils and a flip kit for the back. U think if I get a kit and use my factory shocks I should be good. The only heavy thing I wanna haul is probably my bike..

I ordered the McGaughy 2/4 economy kit. It lowered it just right. Depending on the offset of your rims, it'll scrub the inner fender liner when you do a u-turn, but it wasn't enough to bother me. I don't hear it at all. I've driven it from NC to GA with no problems at all lowered and on the 26s. Good luck, be ready for a lot of compliments.
