Remerson228, he had some input in your vid post. He's a Chrysler tech and very helpful, but just some unsolicited advice, don't rent your pulley puller/installer from AutoZone, their tools are crap, so if you don't know someone who has one, maybe check O'Reilly's, they have loaner tools as well. Borrowed that same tool from AutoZone myself and had to make three trips back to get parts for the tool that weren't bent, real PITA when your vehicle is down! Other than that, it's not hard to do, the only thing I ran into was getting the pulley back in the exact right spot, had to put a laser light on it to make sure it was lined up properly. Good luck!

I hear ya' man, darn near committed myself to the looney bin chasing down a bad pulley in my Jeep, lol, but if that's the one making noise, looks like power steering pulley, which can be replaced with/without the pump, up to you, but if I'm not mistaken, the bearings for that one are in the pump itself, and it's the bearings that are making the noise, but might want to check with Remerson to be sure....

Hell I don't know much about mechanics, you know cars/trucks so I think it's the idler pulley, take a look in this post http://www.ramforumz.com/showthread.php?t=46041, the pulley i focus on the video that's the one making a weird noise, it doesn't always do it, but it's in my head and would like to get it fixed before something else gets screwed =)

That's cool, I just find actual product reviews helpful since they come from people who have firsthand knowledge of a product, but no problem man, I can do a little research on the ignition cylinder and get back to ya'. Which pulleys you need?
