What company did you get the headlights from?

I did have to drill out my recons to fit the bulbs in, thats correct.
Spyder lights, I don't think you should have no concern.

Other than that, not going to lie to you. I don't know any other headlight companies out there.
If you could send me the link, Ill check it out and see. But if the company says they will fit, try it before you get to the install.
Because if not, call them, tell them whats going on, get your money back if you don't want to drill into a set of expensive headlights. I took the chance, and it worked out awesome

IMO, 2.5" of leveling is too much....only because of the CV angle. I am sure it has a lot to do with the seal issue you are having. It might be better to look into a lift kit which takes stuff like CV angle into consideration.
I am not the most experienced member when it comes to lifting. I use the Lifting section of the 'Mod Zone' a lot. There are some very experienced members hanging around there. :)

I can't speak for the 4.7, but the TB spacer is a total waste with the Hemi. Have you check the 4.7 performance section in the 'Mod Zone'? It's not a place I frequent, so am not sure what deep dark secrets are hidden in it's depths. :)

The OEM air box is pretty good. About the only thing I noticed after upgrading to the Volant CAI, is the sound. This was an upgrade from the K&N filter in the factory air box, and the upgrade to the K&N was noticeable at high RPM.
