Simon, good to hear from you. All is good and Life's busy now that I'm retired LOL. How have you been ? We need another meetup, have you been to any lately ? I'm not as active on the general forum, just been doing newbie posts for the most part lately. Revel Performance is running strong and I have a contract job keeping me busy.

Took the throttle body off today and cleaned it real good...pleanum was good. After cleaning I noticed my rpm gauge still fluctuated but not as bad. Any ideas in what would help the rpms out?

Doesn't Pull any codes as the Check Engine Light is NOT on..just the Check Gauges light..but i have to crank it back up to get going again so it clears the light until the next stop and or time it decides to act up.

    Part 2:
I am desperate Also, I had a guy replace my solenoids in the transmission saying it was getting stuck in 2nd gear causing the engine to choke out but his job worked for about 2 days and now its back at it again maybe that was part 1 of a bigger problem. Also upon putting the new alternator on it worked for about 24 hours as well then back to the same problem like I said I am desperate

Thanks! I am having trouble with my truck stalling at any stop sign or stop lights also tonight I could just put my foot on the brake and shift gears and it would power down and the check gauges light would come on. I unplugged my alternator and ran strictly off the battery and then truck did fine just the check gauges light came on (as it should) but it allowed the truck to continue to drive. With the alternator plugged in the check gauges like would come on and it would power down the truck Heres the skinny Alternator is new and so is the battery, Fuse box has been checked and so have the ground wires Nobody can seem to help me on this Also, during all this my RPM gauge is floating up and down as well as my battery gauge.

Thanks. I thought I had entered some photos and info in the newbie section. I am still trying to figure out the site and how and where to go.
