I have a 2002 Ram 2500 Van. I am trying to get a wiring diagram to troubleshoot the blower system. The problem I am having is air only comes out of the defrost vents. I don't think the servo motors are working because when I change the mode switch settings and turn the thermostat up I get no response to the servo motors. I also know about the heater treater web site.
    Please Help!

Hello 46RE Genius! Would you mind looking at my thread? I am having issues with my OE style cooler leaking at the inlet and outlet. I would greatly appreciate it.

    Thank you,

Mr. Ramvan2500...I would like to get a copy of the service/rebuild manual you referenced in post under the gen2 5.9L forum...I've pulled the trans out of my 89 Ram 2500 and need to do a complete rebuild. I thought I had downloaded the file from the forum, but when I tried to find it last night...not to be found. Thanks for any help!

Hello all my first post here. I have a 2000 dodge ram 1500 4x4 with a 5.9L. just bought it about four weeks ago the trany started humming and i got on here last night and seen about the fluid so i was going to change the filter and fluid this weekend. Well it didn't last just drove it home in reverse about a mile because there was a loud pop and now no fwd drive. I am an industrial mechanic on forklifts and construction equipment. My question is how much is it to do it my self to rebuild and what should i do to it since i'm taking it apart as far as upgrading it? any advise would be great or tips to look out for in the processe of repairs.

Hey, so i replaced all the sensors and adjusted the bands. The truck stalls out when i start from a stop. It either slams into gear super hard or somthing slips. i think my torque converter crapped out. going to put a new one in. ive just been slacking because the weather has been pretty bad. Thanks for the help!

Hello again ramvan2500! Its been a while....to say the least.
Hope you are well and happy.
I'm still running my 02 conversion van and still love it. I have a question tho....
I replaced my light switch a while ago and the electrical connector that it plugs into was in bad shape. It looks like it melted some of the plastic. It actually shorted out and I replaced the light switch again and it works ok but I think it will go again.
I have been trying to find the electrical connector online and no luck so far.
I expect I will get the connector with a bunch of wires coming from it. Not sure if they will have connectors on the ends or if I have to solder (or splice) them together.
The problem is that I can't locate the connector. I don't know what it is called. I tried a lot of descriptors but the light switch keeps coming up. Would it be part of another wiring harness?
    Any help would be appreciated.
    Best regards. Take care.
