They didn't. They scratched the tailgate and the side of the bed. When they tried to buff them out, they hit the tailgate to hard and took a spot down to the primer. It is only two spots about 1/16 inch each. But it was not there when I took it, so they are going to fix it. The trim looked like some took a screwdriver to it to take out the plugs. They make a plastic tool for that.

Thanks for the points. I have to take the truck back because they messed up the headliner, interior trim and the paint on the tailgate. Stupid people. I had heard good things about this dealer. Every body shop in this area is backed up. I guess they hired some temp help.

hey here casey hows ur project going? i ended up removing my stock air box an attaching a tube from the exsisting arm that attaches to the throttle. i attached a tube to the flexable part of the stock arm and a elbow so that i could extend my tube with filter attached at the end witch sits slightly behind the front bumper. it looks and feels better. if it rains (never does) ill just throw on the stock box real fast and problem solved.

hey there jcasey man am i sorry bout the wait! I broke my foot and my son was born since last time we communicated. But i think imite of misread the year on your truck i have a 2002 n my air box is on the passanger side. I believe urs is on the throttle body. if i were u i would just connect a 45 or 60 degree pvc elbow to the inlet n seal it. n run the rest the same. i think u can even sqeeze a scoop in between ur passenger side headlight n ur radiator correct ? n avoid running so low. hope this helps sorry i couldnt get bak to u sooner ill still send u my pics if it helps

So I just finished my diy "Ram Air" CAI for my 2002 5.9 Using stock air box located on pass side hood compartment I enlarged the exsisting inlet hole to acomodate a 4" 45º pvc elbow angled towards a clear tight path inbetween the radiator n inner wheel well. I coupled it to a schedule 40 "Thicker n Heavier" PVC pipe that ended bout 2" above fog light were it coupled to a 6" to 4" cone shape aluminum hvac style reducer / coupler. FINALLY a 90º HVAC scoop That had a 6" Inlet on one end and 12"L 10"W 2.5"H rectangle on other end of the " L " shape scoop. Top of scoop was flush w/ bottom of bumper. I had to cut away a 12" long piece of plastic trim that clips on underneath bumper so air could pass directly into scoop n attached a black 13L 2.5H metal screen on my black trim for a less noticeable gapping rectangular air scoop that looks OEM!!! hehehe.
