Vapor lock / misfire ??? I have a 98 Ram with a 5.2 that has started misfiring or acting as though it is starving for fuel after it has shifted out of low. Following the codes of PO132 and PO138 I have replaced both O2 sensors and even the fuel pressure regulator. I purchased a fuel pressure gauge which showed 45 solid pounds of pressure when idling ( if I rev it to around 300 in park I can watch the fuel gauge needle bounce between 45 and 48 pounds ). using a timing light I checked all 8 wires and found #6 to be erratic. I changed the wires as well as the cap / rotor to eliminate that issue. All the injectors ohm'ed out within specs and using a stethoscope they sounded good at idle and as the engine was rev'ed. It idles fine but when I push the rpm's up around 3000 with it in park it acts like it either drops ignition power or the fuel delivery this point I am pulling out hair I don't have... any ideas
