Can't post or PM yet because of my post count. But will those skid plates you have for sale fit a 2012 Crew Cab 5.7 Laramie?

    Thanks,
    Bill

Looking to get a 12X30' Shelter logic for the truck. We are trying to put it in this fall before the ground freezes up here. I want to bury a PVC pipe with an extension cord in it so I can have lights and stuff eventually. I'll keep my Snow Blower in there (120v start not 12V) and probably a shelf in the back for some Jeep stuff. I'm looking at the heavy duty ones though. I guess Home Depot can get them and I won't have to pay tax on it and I'll get 10% off. (Military discount)
The truck won't really be driven so it will spend a lot of time in the Shelter Logic. Going to make a nice home for it. I have plenty of vehicles so no need to drive a Cummins to work every day. If I wanted to I would though. I took my Wrangler today in the pouring rain with the back brakes blown out and she's fine.

You have any experience with Shelter Logics or putting them up? I'm, hoping my GF and I can do it. Don't want to have to ask for help. Thanks.

Thanks Travis, We will hopefully be ordering the truck in Feb for the best deal possible. We are trying to get a nicely equipped Outdoorsman. I love the Keyless drive feature, but not about to go up to a LIMITED just for that one feature. We will have to order the OUtdoorsman but get exactly what we want in it. Premium buckets and Nav are a must. We are going with the Ram box for convenience. I won't be hauling 4X8s that much but it will do it. I'll get a tri fold cover for it to keep the bed clean.

Thanks for the alignment advice. I'm a mechanic so I know all about that stuff. My Wrangler is lifted 4"s on 33s and is awesome to drive. No death wobble or shakes with my Mickey's. Love it. She just got a new Currie Steering system because I bent the stock one on a rock. So I needed yet another alignment. 3rd one I think since I've lifted it!

Thank you so much. I know the defroster is an option but do you still have the sliding rear window? I know it is possible to get them both, but it's rare. I really wanted the slider. Sunroof huh? We were thinking of going Rambox instead. Not sure. We will be getting NAV because it's the only way to get Bluetooth. I do want the clearance lights. I'm thinking of taking them and putting Purple LEDs in them. Not sure if it will be legal, but i'll keep the original bulbs.

We are thinking of the Diesel, but that is only because we want to make sure we don't outgrow the truck in 10 years or more.

Do you know what Level kit you have? The one I was looking at was BDS with Fox 2.0s.

    Thank you,
    Andrew

Hi Travis, thanks for all that. I can't PM yet. I guess I need to write more on here.

I might have messed up the luxury package. I guess there is an option for Premium bucket seats in the Outdoorsman? I downloaded the 2015 brochure so I'll check it. We are looking to custom order one. Thanks for the frame info.

We are looking to tow my Wrangler down to the Jeep Festival in PA. It's 700 miles or so from where we live in Maine. We looked into a 1500 but with towing like that we figured a 2500 would be better. Jeep loaded on a trailer with gear is roughly 6,500 lbs. Do able with a 1500 but a 2500 wouldn't even break a sweat.

Thank you very much, have a good holiday weekend. I"ll keep you updated. Any advice for ordering it. I ordered my Wrangler back in 05 so i've done it before. Looking to use USAA for the hard price and seeing if the dealer that is close can match it. We are hoping.

    Thanks again, Andrew

    Hi Travis,

My name is Andrew, I read that you had a '14, 2500 and was wondering if you minded a few ?s on it? I'm looking at a '15 Outdoorsman and just wondering if you could tell me anything about it that you can't read online, or get from the brochure. Didn't really have any specifics other than if you had the Luxury Group? I didn't understand that in the '15 brochure. I was trying to get the premium buckets and a lot of options.

Love the way you leveled yours also, how many miles were on it when you did it? Do you void your warranty doing it? Would love to see a picture of it leveled.

Hope you don't mind the random message. Your the only one I saw with a 2500 Outdoorsman. Just was hoping you could tell me some about it.

Thank you, hope you are having a good weekend.
