There is a possibility the noise you're describing, especially if the noise is high pitched like you describe, that is is the bearing. I would jack the truck up enough to get the wheel off the ground and check for any play, side to side and top to bottom and start there. Sounds like you are replacing the parts that have worn, so far though. As RedRam10 suggested, best place to ask that question is out in the forum where you can get feedback from others as I am by no means a mechanic, just know what I do from my own experience with my vehicles.

I can't help you with mechanical stuff, I am sorry! You are better off asking your question out in the main forum, lots of mechanical minded people here.

When I got the truck it was just a plain 1500. In January I added nerf bars and a grille/brush guard. Around the end of June I put new brake rotors, calipers, pads, hoses. I also replaced the steering pump and hoses and the rack and pinion(steering rack). I am currently getting the money together to buy new CV joints and wheel hubs, because the front end is making all kinds of funky nosies.

Next month I have to put the truck in the body shop because some lady backed into me at the local grocery store, and she had the nerve to yell at me for hitting her. I told her that if I hit her she wouldn't have the backend of her SUV. The cop came out looked at the damage on my truck, which consisted of a HUGE dent on the right front of the box, 3 inch dent in the cab corner, and major paint scraps in the back part of the box and told her that she is going to be paying for the damage. All total the damage is going to cost her $1,600.
