Hey there man. Very sorry to hear someone messed with your truck like that, totally sucks! The best thing to do is consult your owner's manual for the proper lifting points. I'm not sure if you have a 4x2 or 4x4 but there is a bit of a difference when you're jacking up the front. If it's a 4x2, the front lift points are on the lower control arm near the wheel you're lifting. If it's a 4x4, you have to put the jack under the jack tube of the wheel you're lifting. I don't have a 4x4 so can't verify this with my owner's manual but to jack up the back, there is no difference, just put the jack under the axle between the wheel and the shock. Hope this helps some, and your owner's manual really is the best place to find the info on your truck but good luck in getting your tires replaced and if there's anything else you need, feel free to ask!
Look forward to seeing you around the forum, drop me a message if there is anything I can help with.
