Have you posted your question in the general forum or the 2009 forum yet? You'll get a lot more responses if you do.
Initially, it sounds like you have a bad battery. Like CHP stated, charge your battery, or see if it will jump start. Before you do that, disconnect both positive and negative terminals from the battery and touch them together. What this does is release any static buildup you may have in your system. Then reconnect the battery and try it. If that doesn't work, and it will not start with a jump, you may want to see if you can get a loner ECM and replace it. Good luck and keep us updated. Let us know if you need anymore help.
Has your truck started since you put the battery in? If you have access to a voltmeter, can you check to make sure the battery is fully charged? Also have you tried jumping the truck yet since the new battery with any luck? And have you done the key dance to see if any codes appear on your display?. You should be able to do this by holding down the odometer reset button and putting your key into the on position (last position before it cranks). Let me know if you get a code that pops up. You may want to also check your fuse panel for any blown fuses.
