Wow! The fifth time would make me want to find a new dealer!

Rambunkshuss 01-06-2012 12:52 AM

Unfortunately, ther are ALOT more bad dealers out there than good ones.
Five times for the same problem is just unacceptable.
My rule is, 3 strikes, you`re out...!

This is nothing new with chrysler, they have the least trained employees.

Where are you finding the water? Front / Back ?

tnmopar 01-08-2012 06:43 PM

Water is coming out of the overhead console where the garage door opener is... I got the truck back not fixed because they could not make it leak or see any signs of water inside the truck, so they want me to bring it back in when it is leaking... Like that is so easy they are the closest dealer 30min drive I have already ruled out the other dealer I was working with. And to ad the iceing to the cake I had a battery go bad so I let the replace the battery while they had the truck and they sracted the crap out of the fuse box lid next to the battery. There response first was they would replace it, then it was Ram deninded the work under warrenty since the whole box would have to be replaced, and lastly after blaming dodge I was told that there tech said he didn't do it so there was nothing that could be done at this time. Ram/Dodge needs to do something with there dealers because the dealers only consern is to sell the trcuks they don't focus on customer service or repeate customers....
