Steering Column Offset

I drive a 2008 Dodge Ram, standard cab.
I'd noticed a gap between the steering column and the right hand side of the dash looked a little large.
As I looked closer I noticed the steering column is tight up against the left hand side?
I then noticed that the steering column isn't centered between the instrument dials either.

The more I looked, the more I noticed that the steering wheel is shifted to the left a good 1/2" to 3/4" off-center as I'm sitting looking at it.
The more I look at it as I drive the more aggravated I get.
Has anyone have this issue and know how to fix it?:4-dontknow:

I will recommend having a body shop tech look at this. In some cases, the mounting flange has slots where the angle of the column can be adjusted. :)
