body mount bushings work with lift or replaced by?

I'm going to replace the bushings on my vehicle, if I ever add a body lift kit, will they work with bushings, or do the lift kits replace the bushings?

I'm looking at:
Prothane body mount bushings part 4-108

On the body lift my 95 has, the bushings replace the OEMs, they're taller, new bolts, etc. plus a few other parts. Plus, non of the wheel hop and ujoint / pinion gear torque twisting of other lifts.

One other thing, you have to remount your reciever hitch up higher, or it looks stupid, with the body lift, 2 steel 6x6" plates and a drill bit, no big deal, but it'll need to be done, then you'll need a drop hitch adapter, to get back down to trailer height, 5&1/4", I think is what I use on that truck...
