Tried to Jumpstart, now truck has P0685 Code

Info: 2003 2500 Quadcab, 5.7 hemi, 4x4, Auto-trans

So like an idiot, ran my battery dead listening to my stereo while installing a DPF filter in our Peterbilt. Had my helper pull his truck over to jump start my truck.

Connected cables, Truck spins but will not fire. Code P0685 - ASD RELAY CONTROL CIRCUIT popped up.

Checked relay, checked Fusebox everything looks good, checked grounds. Dealership says that I fried the PCM.

Truck ran like a champ until now.

3 questions:

1. Does the battery need to be fully charge for the ASD relay to work.

2. Anything else that I can check?

3. If it is the PCM where is the best place to order them from, Dealer wants 700 Bucks. Checked Autocomputerexchange.com, and GoECM.com. They have them in stock for under 300. Anyone know a better place.

Also if I can kill 2 birds with 1 stone, wondering if there is a place that can tune it for me as well, like wester did for my Envoy.

Any help or suggestions would be appreciated.

So, installed new battery, spins great, no codes, but no Fuel, no spark, No nothing. Going to order new PCM monday, hoping that someone here might have any other ideas.

Will bypassing the ASD run the truck if the PCM is toasted?
