Surgery

I'm schedued for knee surgery , Thursday morning at 9:30am . A torn miniscus and clean up some arthritis . Both the surgeon and my primary care say I'm at high risk for this surgery due to my sleep apnea and being overweight . I talked with the man in charge of anesthesiology and expressed my concern and asked if there was anything else we could do instead of putting me to sleep . So were gonna go with a spinal and epideral . Hopefully the surgeon will be ok with this . If not they'll have to put me to sleep . Keep me in your prayers .

Good luck with the surgery Tom, I sure hope the surgeon approves the local, it's a lot easier on the body that's for sure.

Hi and I lift a prayer for you and your surgery. God's blessings are on your surgery and recovery. :Hey:

Hope your lucky enough to get the local. I asked for it when they did mine (I wanted to watch... :4-dontknow:...I find it interesting), but they put me out. :(

I've have my right knee done 3 times, and currently have 99% range of motion and strength. It amazes me sometimes how they can do this stuff.

You are in my prayers. My the Lord bless the surgeons hands so you can enjoy the freedom from pain and irritation as I have enjoyed.
