Max size leveling kit for the 2010-1012 Ram 2500

How tall can you go with a leveling kit on the new 2500's? I see some people on forums referring to their leveling kits as 3 inch kits. But all of the popular kits I see are 2 and 2.5 inches tall. Or maybe they are referring to the actual height they gained. For instance, I have 1.75 inch Daystar spacers on my Jeep Wrangler but I actually gained 2 inches of lift.

I would think around 2-2.5 but I dont know forsure. I have heard of poeple installing levels on the new 2500's and it throwing their axle off centre some how. I think an adjustable track bar fixes that but I could also be wrong about that too

Yeah, I've read a lot on forums about guys with "3 inch leveling kits" but they may be going by how much lift they actually got instead of the advertised lift gain. I know every truck is different. I come from an F-150 background and everyone has found that 2.5 inches is the limit on them. There are a few 3 inch kits for the 04-12 F-150's but people have found they leave the ball joints at a really extrme angle which causes them to wear out quickly.
