R/T central console swap for 3rd seat

Hello guys.

I want to buy RAM R/T.
but i need 3rd seat in the center.

basicaly to allow me to travel with wife and kid (7 years old) not longer that 60 miles in a row.

i.e. i want R/T but without central console and with gear shifter moved to the steering wheel.

Is it possible to do in some kind of way?
or is it possible to leave gear shifter on the central console but to make console slimmer?

I know the other variant is to order Express and to accesorize it to the R/T level - but i leave this variant if i won't find the solution to the central console issue.

Thank you in advance.

Yep you can do it, and I bet theres about 50 people on here who would trade you their column shifter and cable hardware for your console shift and everything to make it work in a heartbeat. Theres a thread somewhere on here where this swap (3rd seat to console/ shifter) is becoming popular

Ok.
Can anyone help and give me p/n what i should buy to
1. move gearshift to column
2. put middleseat in.

Why i'm asking - i will buy the car for export (i'm not US located). and while i think the swap is doable - i don't think it'll be the easy task while i'm overseas.

Or - can such config of R/T be ordered from the factory?

there's a little write up on removal. I think it may have been ***************** where I saw a whole write up with a link to a website with part numbers for all cables, shifters, steering column shifters etc.. My work blocks cumminsforum so it might be worth your while to sign up there and search for a little.
