Detailed, levelled and blacked out

So I have done some work to my truck since I last posted pics:

- changed tow mirrors out
- tinted tails
- blacked out emblems
- blacked out headlights
- 5" Mufflex tips
- Ground Force 2" rear level kit

I am really pleased with the Ground Force kit. The ride is a bit stiffer than stock and the rear does not jump around nearly as much. The upper shock bolts were a pain to get at but overall a simple install with the detailed instructions.

I love it.. I want to black out mine but need the funds first.. SLT has to much chrome. wish I would have thought about the black out idea before the purchase.. what did you use to to do the headlights? how much decrease of light at night?

Thanks! I actually was not brave enough to paint the headlights myself so I found a set off of Ebay. They decreased the light a bit but after I levelled the truck it improved. I think part of the issue with the lights is they are pointed down too far from factory.

Nice truck. Still need to tint those front windows to match up. Then you are set.

I hear you. The only problem is front window tint is illegal here and the police seem to enforce it heavily. I am still thinking about it but not sure if it is worth the hassle.

I lived in a state where tint was illegal but i tinted mine anyway lasted a few months got popped its so not worth it had a go to court ticket so cost me 50 x2 to get removed (f that glue) then a 200 fine and 90 in court costs so ya lol 390 total

I went through the same thing with my last two vehicles. Pay to tint, ticket, remove that glue (clothes steamer works awesome btw) and in the end it's 3 times the cost and no tint. So tempting though....
