2012 express 13.3!

Well I went back to the track tn for some new runs with my dry nitrous kit. Truck is a 2012 rcsb hemi express 3.55 gears, 180* thermo a sonnax line booster and a flowmaster muffler. The dry shot is a 75hp shot didn't wanna go too big with no maf to add more fuel. Man this thing was a rocket tho. First pass I babied it out the hole and ran a 13.6 @100mph..I let the truck cool for abt a hour and made another pass. It was about 75 degrees outside launched a little harder and spreyed right aways and ran a 13.3 @ only 96mph lol. I am very happy at the moment can't complain one bit. Now I can't wait for my headers to come in maybe ill break 12s.. ill post some vids tmrw.

Nitrous

did you pull timing if so how did you do that or did you spray as is very interested in adding nitrous

I am on stock tune so I have no way of pulling timing. My kit is the compucar bag kit. It works great look it up on google. I was a little scared of how big of a shot I could safely run so I actually backed the jet size down tht compucar recomends for a 75shot so I'm probably not even spraying. But like a 60hp shot. I use shell 93 gas didn't hear and kind of detonation.

Thanks man I was veryyy surprised with the results. I was hoping for maybe a 13.9 last time I ran 14.5 with no spray and without the line booster and thermostat. I. Didn't think it would run so good cause I seen a 2011 express run 12.5 with a rt converter, b&g tune and a 150 shot

That is impressive, very good times.

You're braver than I though running a dry setup, especially without a way to tune it. Hopefully you don't have any issues.

I don't really think they'll be any issues. I'm not gonna go spray it every weekend. I use good gas. And prob gonna start putting some 110 when I spray again. Imma get a wideband soon just to make sure its not runnin lean.

Yeah I was thinking once you add headers you may have issues, headers will lean your a/f ratio. Pretty impressive though.
