Adjustable Panhard bars!

For those of you that want to center up your rear axle and don't want to use a relocation bracket or drill a new hole here is a better option. Below are two links I found for adjustable panhard bars.
I bought the 1.25" diameter custom adjustable poly ended one from Spohns for $140. The Dallas hotrod bar is only $120 shipped but it's a 1" bar like the factory one.

Nice finds!

I agree 1" is not real great, especially with an adjuster in there that is even thinner.

So the one you got, it is "custom", right? Not specifically for the ram like the other one is?

correct. They are even going to weld the bar slightly offset so it doesn't come in contact with my diff cover.

I need one of these...thanks man!!!

Have you made the measurements for what we would need?

Sorry for the stupid question, but would I need this if I cut the rear coils to level it? It sits 2" lower in the rear now. Would one wheel be pushed out from the wheel well farther than the other?

tape a piece of string on your fender so it hangs down to the center of your wheel. measure how much space is between the string and wheel. do this for both side of the truck and you'll know if your axle is centered.

if it's way off you'll be able to tell just by looking at it. I don't think it would have moved much with a 2" drop.

Thanks for the info, I'll have to check it out.

I received an email from them today that by the end of the month they will offer an adjustable bar for our trucks. I wonder if it will be offset as well.

You talking about Spohn's?

I'd recommend the Spohn bar. Solid workmanship and customer service. Easy to get a hold of if needed.
