Rear power glass

I am having an issue with my rear power glass. Last night is was partially opev and my 70 pound dog decided he wanted to stick his head out and popped the cable loose. I didn't realize it right away until I tried to close it. Well I got the cable reattached but it seems like it may have come off a pulley or something as it will not function properly. I need to take a look at it but I can't figure out how to get the back seat to fold down in my quad cab. This is covered under the warranty but if I would rather fix it myself.

Bummer that this happened, but why would warranty cover damage caused by your dog?

To answer your question, I do not have a quad cab but all that info. is in the owners manual

Not too bad of a fix. Had to remove the rear seat, take the motor and cable system apart and recoil the cable. Once back together I notice that when the dog tried to stick his head out of the rear window it slightly spread the plastic pieces that hold the cable so it kept popping out. Well to fix that I just put the cable in there an dropped a little super glue in there and they are solid now. No problems.

Well they dont know the damage was from the dog. For all they know the cable just popped out. No big deal as I fixed it myself.
