Cheap Car in Denver!

Hello all,
I am looking for inexpensive transportation for my son in Denver, CO. This would be in the next 30 days. He is a college student and aspiring photographer. He just got hired for a interior design firm to be their sole photographer. So starting in August he needs some wheels to get out to his shoots. He presently lives a block from school and all his needs. But this job and oppurtunity to expand will require he have some wheels. So I am looking for reliable, preferablly fuel efficient. Hoping to spend less than $1,500, I know its a long shot but anyone in that area that has something or know someone who does would be helpful. PS he has served and went to Iraq! So he is just doing his thing now and just putting this out there!

Thanks!

Here is his site and photo work!

I've got a 78 Granada with 80k, 6 cyl, C4, 4 door and I just installed a new heater core. But I'm on the East Coast.

No idea what an auto shipper would want, but that is an option if you can't find one close.

Otherwise it'd probably have to be covered in stamps. I have it on Craigslist:

Thanks for the post. I am hoping to find like a Honda, Toyota or something similiar as that would fit his style. He does like 66 Eldo's though haha!

Spending less that $1500 on a Honda or Toyota runaround?

Good luck.

I would go up to 2K or 2.5K for the right car though! Sure there is some out there somewhere!

Yepp something like that! Yea, it would cost me about $500 minimum to get to Denver. But that is certainly what I am looking for!

I pm'd dude, he said it would make it to denver if you flew out and got it and drove it back. Rock solid car he drives every day.

have you considered checking out AutoTrader for the Denver area?

When I was looking for an out of town vehicle, I found that AT was a great resource.

good luck

I had looked at Craiglist. Not autotrader yet! Guess check that one too! But I figure get a car locally there. I live in Oregon, so have him check out some cars I find I guess and he can make sure he likes the list I give him.

Thanks!
