Opinions and pics needed.

Just purchased used 2011 Ram 1500. 4WD ext cab. Wanting to possibly do a leveling kit and larger tire setup. Does anyone have pics after doing such a change? Also looking for opinions on what setup better than others. Have seen a fairly broad range in pricing but yet kits seem to be almost identical as far as parts lists are concerned. Thanks for your input.

I just installed a 2.5" leveling kit from hell bent steel on my 2011 Ram 1500 and I love it so far. The kit was $75 and free shipping. Fast shipping and great product so far. I have not purchased my new tires and wheels yet, but I am looking at getting the Nitto Terra Grappler AT Tires size 33 and 18" wheels. Here is a pic of my truck after leveling. Here is a picture of my truck before and after leveling it out. Hope this helps some.

My 2wd with a ReadyLift SST kit (front only, left the rear lift out). Rolling on 295/70r18 (35x11.5) with 18x9 MotoMetal 951 blacks (4.5" backspacing). Keep in mind I also have a hd front end replacement, so the front end is not quite as high as it would be otherwise.

i think i like it leveled up in the front compared to lowered in back. lowered looks ok but lifted looks best. nice knightheart.

Id recommend Hellbent Steel. all the kits are essentially the same, their just a slab of metal with a couple holes haha no point in spending more money on the exact same thing right?

how difficult is it to install the leveling kit on your own??

Its not to bad, i did it myself without any prior knowledge. just take off a few bolts, pull out the strut assembly, place levelling kit ontop of assembly, pry it back in, bolt it up torque to spec, get an alignment done. I had them check the torques just to ease my mind
