Best mods to make my 6.7 a beast

Hey guys I have a stock 08 2500 with the 6.7 Cummins..I have a very large 35' toy hauler camper that makes this truck groan to say the least..I'm planning on getting a 4" MBRP turbo back exhaust, Mini-Max programer and a new intake to start..but I have gotten the bug like many of you to make this into a true horse..I need ideas on the most durable, reliable, and possibly the most fuel efficient way to make around 600 bhp..I have a buddy with a 5.9 that has water/methanol setup..I have heard about this but dont know how it works..please explain and I have also read about upgrading injectors and the lift pump to make this baby a screamer..yes I understand that my tranny is in danger..but at 60,000 miles on her..I dont think it should be too much of a problem yet..I dont tow this camper much..I live in it..but some of the places I aspire to go will require alot more ponies..

I just saw the stage 3 kit from Alligator looks pretty good..any thoughts?

Please enlighten me oh great Cummins Guru's

Exhaust, Intake, EFI live & Gauges Rail Pressure, EGT & Boost & Trans temp.
The folks at Relentless Diesel here in Texas have a EFI live tune that will get you in the 500 hp range that is safe for your tranny & towing. When you get into the 600hp range you'll need a valve body & triple disk torque converter. Go to Relentless Diesel.com & you can check out there dyno results with the EFI live tuning.

Could be wrong but also thinking the stock turbo won't support much more than 500hp? I'd think at those fuel/boost levels you'd have some fairly high egt's?
Compound turbos, modified lift pump, injectors etc and you'd have all you really wanted...
