Great looking RAM and nice detailing. Curious, did your RAM come with the Dodge emblem with the two red bars ? If not where did you buy it from. I like the way that looks.

You should take a vacation to sunny So Cal and drop your truck off for a few hours. Weather is great, well a bit warm lately. Today it was about 95, last week was 100-105.

I actually the grille emblem is on the new Durangos on the dealer lot last weekend. I went to the parts counter and bought it for $50. I'm sure you can get it cheaper else where, but I wanted it right then and there.

Great job but did I read dish soap? Love that color.

Dawn soap strips the old wax/sealent. I just detailed mine today as well. I used Adam's 2 bucket wash, clayed, revive hand polish, wipe down with waterless wash, quick sealed, waxed with buttery wax, and the VRT all trim. It was all my hand and it took me for FOREVER! I will be buying a flex ASAP. Good looking truck!

GhostR1der is correct. The clay strips everything aswell but I use Dawn to make sure I have straight clear coat. The IPA (iso alcohol/water mix 20/80) after the paint cleaner/polish stage makes sure the polish is stripped off as well. This gives you a perfectly clean surface to start with glaxes and waxes.

I used to be all over Adams back in the day, used to hang out at the Torrance whse/office with Adam and couple others and helped detail the company truck a few times too. I still love their In&Out spray and use their VRT. And yea everything by hand sucks. Been there done that. A flex is most def the way to go man. Plus you can get all swirls and marring out, by hand not so much as you don't have the power or longeity in your arm.

I too like that badge. Will it work with the sport grill and how does it stick on?
