Pass Side Header Leak When Cold

The last couple weeks I started to hear a popping sound from the pass side of the engine, like one port on the header was leaking. The sound goes away after 30 sec or so when the header gets warm. Has anyone else ran into this?

I have 30K miles on the truck and have never been back to the dealer since day one. This is the first issue I have ever head.

Read about screws breaking etc on the headers but this was on older dodge models.

yep i just went to the dealer to get it fix,

they will probably change your passenger side exhause manifold, manifold gasket and the bolts,. and its covered under the warranty

its not only to the 2009 the 2010 are also affected in some case

Thanks,

was this some type of recall or just as it happens type of replacement?

its more a warranty work, theirs a quick service report for it but basicly that warranty work, they had to order the exhause manifold, took them about 3 hours to do the job at no cost

i went to the dealer because like you i could hear it when cold,..
