Help with a Suspension Lift

I am planning on lifting it after the winter. I'm only looking for a small lift to just fit 32 inch tires . Should I go with a 2.5 lift with coil spacers and blocks or a 3 inch lift with torsion keys and blocks . Both kits are priced at $180 from Adrenaline Motorsports. Note: the front does sit a lil lower right now .
