Uh yeah but the easiest way to remove it is to pull the entire dash...and that's about 4/5 hrs worth of work. Look into a Dash Cap for a good solution there's a couple reviews and a video here.

But then again...if it's in great shape...can I ask why you're removing it?

like i sai the antena wire is unpluged somewhere under there as i pulled the wire from the firewall and its not conected yo the radio its a extention wire from the radio so i have no recption i want to reconnect the 2 wires but cant pull the one from ubder the dash its solid so i have to get back there

The whole dash has to come out to get the top off.

There are about 26 8 mm screws scattered around under there and the antenna wire has at least 2 tabs with screws holding it in place.

To be quite honest I'd run a new antenna wire or find someone with a camera to fish out the original.

well looks like i will go out and buy a extenstion wire and pass it by the doorgromet for speaker wire as i dont want to break the dash thanks
