Truxedo Lo Pro QT or Tonno Pro Lo Rol
I am trying to decide which bed cover to buy. I used to have a Toxedo Truxport on my 2010 Ram and it was good except it stuck up to high.

I like to hear some of the owners' experience if you have one of the low covers metioned in the title so I can.

I noticed that neither one has a locking latch on both sides like the Truxport had. Looking at one of those small displays at a local dealer I noticed that the Truxedo Lo Pro QT display has a rectangular hole in the passenger side rail, suggesting that I could add an additional latch. Maybe an actual owner of a Low Pro could verify if there actually is a hole and let me know.

Other than that, I am wondering if the additional $200.00 for the Truxed vs the Tonno Pro are justified? They pretty much look identical. Let me know your experience with either one as far as being leaking or the vinyl not staying tight.

Thank you for your input.

Bumping this thread. I have the same question, but it seems like you never got an answer. :4-dontknow:

I took a picture for you, but having trouble trying to get it attached from my phone. But at quick glance, looks like you can attach another latch to the lopro. But I really don't think you need too. It works great as is, and the locking bar is good and secures down well even with only one side latching

took a better look now that i have a bit more time. all you would need is the latch mechanism, and on the right side, there are holes and the bolt to mount the latch on the underside of the rail.

Just as a late update! I ended up putting a Truxedo loPro QT on that truck. I since sold the truck and now own a 2010 Ram 2500 CTD.

Going a different route with that one..........just bought a BakFlip G2.
