Going to grudge wars, few questions

Ok so this Saturday I'm going to the local track for grudge wars, my question is would it be safe to run 110 octane non leaded fuel in my truck, also with 17's and some weight reduction on that fuel on a cool night should I expect some et improvement?
Hoping to kill a few stangs, camaros, and a few diesels if any show up while I'm at it.
Thanks

Unless your truck has a lot of mods, the race fuel is probably a waste of money. Your truck will only do so much timing advance and only has so much compression. Any octane above a certain number isn't doing much good. They say a stock Hemi will run good on 89 octane, but to make sure for racing I'd probably just run a 91 octane.

If you run that high of octane you'll actually lose power. Like he said above, the hemi in stock programming is designed to run on 87, and run best on 89. I'd also put some 91 in it just to make sure you're getting everything you can out of it(just because it says 89 doesn't mean you're getting 89). Have fun and good luck!

Run 93 octane (if avail). Try to have abt 1/4 tank of gas. Let the truck cool of for a while aprox 45 min. When u launch try not to brake stall a lot or any and just practice. Every truck is diff but for me my truck runs best when barley brake stalling to abt 1k rpms. Last time at track I ran 14.5 with same truck as you and heavy srt 22s so you should run abt the same

Thanks guys for the advice, Our premium here in ky is 93 octane I was just curious about the 110 because I can get it for $5 a gallon from a buddy who owns a race car supply store. Im just looking to get as close to 13's as I can (while Im still stock) and hopefully this spring I can get some 4.10 gears, stall converter, and a small shot of nitrous and break into the low 13's maybe high 12's depending on how much juice I run.

You'll easily be in the 12s with those mods. I ran a 13.3 @ 96 mph with a 2.0 60ft with a 75 hp dry shot, flowmaster muffler, sonnax line booster, and a 180* thermostat. I have 3.55 gears too and it was hot outside.

looking forward to your results...

Sorry it took so long for me to post my results but ran 4 runs@ 45min intervals, first run was a 14.87 @95 (didn't hook) second was 14.53 @98 (best of the night) a camaro smacked the wall in between my second and third run and screwed up the clocks, last two runs were 15.55 @88 and 15.31@ 91 according to my time slip. But got some great kills, they include a 07 ram 2500 cummins with a tuner and exhaust, gmc rcsb 1500 with 5.3 tuned gears and mild cam, 2012 ram rcsb express hemi 4x4, and a 2002 mustang gt full bolt on, gears, camed, sct 93 octane tune and drag radials (sleeping at the tree) so overall a very good weekend. 17" wheels and some weight management and picked up almost three tenths over my best run last time at the track.

I was launching at 1000-1500rpm, I was using manual mode on the shifter only using 1st 2nd and 3rd (second prime) with traction control off, at the finish was running 5500-5700rpm in second prime which got be better results than shifting to fourth
