"On the fly" adjustments?
 
Pardon the noob question, but can you make changes to the performance of your truck "on the fly" so to speak?

No as there are key cycles involved.

No, you need to reset the modules everyone you make a change. It's not like the diesels where you can just change the power levels with a rotary dial or a boost controller.

You can make some changes without having to reload the tune like disabling traction control, shift points, etc, but you still need to cycle the key.
