Thumping noise...

Anyone have/had a thumping noise? It is definitely based on speed. with the thumping getting quicker the faster the truck goes. it is a 1500 big horn with about 10K miles...bearings? axle?tires?

Well bud, any specifics as to what area you might suspect or pinpointed the noise coming from? With 10thousand, if you've run a lot of sand beaches in Florida, wheel bearings could be a suspect. If you tow a pretty heavy boat, what kind of maintenance have you done to the diff?

Heck I would take it in and have the Dealer replicate the problem and have them fix under warranty.

My guess, good for a year goodyears!

No running on the sand, pretty much highway and daily triver, no towing, Yes, I figured on a dealer vist, but wanted to lead them in a right direction. Most dealerships these days seem to only want to diagnosis something that they have a TSB for.

Thanks
