bad vibrations

Hello first time posting .
My 98 ram 1500 keeps giving me a soft rough idle and and the whole cabin shakes when accelerating between 1200 and 1600 rpm . I cleaned out the throttle body and the iac but still have same issue . No codes not sure if its a miss fire . Please help.

Does it sound and smell funny? Does it smoke at all? My '98 had a blown plenum gasket and all the oil I was burning eventually clogged the cat and it ran like crap. It did throw a code the idle was way rough and it would only smooth out at 2000RPMs and above.

I had a Jeep that would shake bad at curtain rpms. Turned out to be the clutch pads in the trans were dirty. Or so that was how it was explained to me. Did a trans fluid change ran it for 500 miles and then did it again (changing the filter both times) and it fixed the problem. I didnt have an idle problem with it so might not be the same thing.
