hand porting tb?

has anyone tried hand porting their tb? notice any difference? pics?

Don't think I have seen any hand porting but there has been ported throttle bodies (fastman and moes) and throttle response picks up significantly.

I thought TB's did nothing for our trucks?

Throttle Body Spacers do nothing for our trucks. Many people report increased throttle response with a ported throttle body. Basically smoothing out the throttle body to allow for easier airflow and with some, enlarging the throttle body for more air.
