Lower RPM than expected in cold weather
It's gotten colder in TN and when I start my 2005 4.7L I would expect the choke to close and the RPMs to be a bit higher than if the truck were running at normal operating temp. It starts just fine but idles as if it were warm already. I replace the TPS sensor and MAP sensor this summer to fix the engine idle revving issue (there are plenty of posts on that subject). The TPs fixed that issue so now I'm lost...I thought maybe the coolant temp sensor but would like some feed back before I start chasing my tail. Thanks in advance for anyone's help.
