really wish these would fit!
this is just SICK! I love them. why dont we have stuff like this for the RAMs

Man those are nice! Are you positive it won't fit or would it simply take a little ingenuity to make these fit. A 4th Gen 345CID Hemi is the same shape motor no matter what it's placed in, whether a Jeep, Durango, Charger, or Ram. It's just different accessory mounts or dress up covers like this that make it look different. Take for instance the throttle body angles between the different vehicles the 345 is dropped into. Same motor just different angle. I bet you can make these fit bud.

its just hard to drop over $200 on something that may or may not fit

UNBROKEN 11-03-2012 10:10 PM

What are they originally from?

UNBROKEN 11-03-2012 10:16 PM

Nevermind...I found the eBay auction.
Compare the truck motor to the car motor and see how close they are.
Anyone have a pic of a truck motor without the cover?

Ramfd 11-03-2012 10:33 PM

well i will say the auctions says they are official MOPAR items, and it says there may be some modification needed to make them fit, even on the challengers and chargers. so i wonder what makes those motors so much different that they wouldn't even consider saying they would fit a ram with same motor

I wish someone made valve covers for the Hemi Rams that said, "Chrysler Fire Power" like the old Hemi's!!

My thoughts exactly....I just ordered them. If I can make them work they'll look sweet framing a Magna Charger early next year.

You should be able to make those fit.

I did something similar with some Corvette injector covers from an LT-1 engine for another vehicle with the same engine. All it took was adapting the cover for a different mounting arrangement.
