Lowered Ram Towing 2 Bikes

My 2009 Ram is lowered 2/4. I have to tow 2 sport bikes on a trailer from NC to GA in December. This will be the first time will be towing with my truck. Will I have to worry about it sagging a lot in the rear? Or would it be ok since it's not a lot of weight compared to other loads that the truck can carry.

That shouldn't be abything to worry about!

It depends how soft your lowering suspension is. Can't believe 2 bikes on a trailer would have a lot of tongue weight. I tow a 10,000 lb fifth wheel with my 4x4 Ram, but I beefed up the rear with an extra leaf.

Post pics when you start the tow. I'm interested in seeing this as well. I would like to tow my R1 around sometime.

Most Sport Bikes weigh 460 to 500 pounds
that is about the weight of 1 Harley full sized bagger

a 2 bike trailer, single axle, enclosed
weighs about 1500 pounds

so your looking at 2500 pounds, give or take

your Ram won't even know it is there
just load it right, so that your trailer is not tail heavy, it will sway if it is

Will do, I'll be bringing my Raven down from my mom's house in NC so I can actually start enjoying it when the weather gets better.
