Plastidip and Early Christmas install

Just like to share. Im getting bored on vacation time so i convinced my girlfriend to give me my Christmas present early. While i had everything a part i figured some plasti dip on the grill would make a huge change up.

Heres the link i used to get my gf to get the headlights for me:

Also installed the Putco visors. For those looking for some visors these look great but they are very light smoke. Debating on removing them and painting the back side matte black.

What you think? too much black? All chrome will eventually be removed and swapped out for black or white. Need to find someone to trade with :wavey:

Thanks all!

Cant wait to paint the chrome bumpers white and get rid of the side steps for the electric fold out ones.

BTW this is my first RAM. Traded in an 08 Chevy Vortecmax 6.0L for my 2011 Ram 5.7 HEMI.

That looks great! I dipped the grill, wheels, and assorted parts on my Tundra about a year ago and it has held up great. The only problem is that it is a little bit tougher to keep it clean. The product definitely gets a little bit more durable as time goes by also. Those are the lights I'm interested in using on a black 2002 that I own, how did the installation go?

Installation was easy. Remove grill, 2 bolts for the headlights and slide the white plastic lock up in the wheel well to remove. All plugs matched, just install the light bulbs and your good to go.

Great, I thought there may be some cutting, splicing, and soldering involved.

Very nice job. Tinted headlight look great with the grill.
