Little help with noise identification please

I'm new to the diesel scene so maybe this is a normal noise(heavy engine over front wheels), but lately I'm noticing a noise coming from the front end as I drive, like a wa-wa-wa-wa noise. It gets faster as I increase speed, and seems to still be there over snow, maybe even louder, not sure since all Ive been driving on the passed several days is snow.
I'm concerned it's bearings though.

Most likely cause would be bearings or tires cupping. Slight chance it could be u-joint.
