2004 Dodge Ram Suspension problem

I have this knocking sound from my front end whenever I go over any bump. In the short video you can hear the loud clunk sound as I am rocking the truck. The sound in the background is fluid sloshing around, the noise I am referring to is the lound clunk. I really need help, I would prefer not to replace the entire front suspension, shocks are brand new, and have been changed already with no change in the sound

Sorry for the quality but the sound was all I was going for

My 05 has the same clunk. Hope somebody can answer, mines done it forever. My mechanic says everything is tight and safe. It handles fine, however.

yeah, the truck handles fine, but that clunk over every bump is annoying, and makes me worry. I cant find anything loose or broken, I can put my ear right under the front right suspension and hear it, but if I touch every piece while someone rocks the truck I feel no popping.

60 ram owners viewed this and only 1 has heard it? No advice?

I replaced upper control arms, lower ball joints, shocks, and sway bar links. the source of the clunk was the passenger side sway bar link. it looked as if nothing was wrong, no torn boot, no damage. when removed there was excessive play in the joint. I cut the boot away and I could nearly pull the ball out of the joint. Just worn out. I could also rock my truck before removal and grab the sway bar link and feel the knock. My front end is extremely quiet now, no squeaks, no rattles, no knocks

How many miles on the truck?

I have seen the rack make a noise similar to that and the rack in my truck was already replaced and it only has 104,000 km...so @60,000 miles.

Thanks for the input. I found that my sway bar link on the passenger side was popping in and out of the joint. Replaced, and its quiet now
