Difference between an '08 and '09 5.7L block?

Is there any difference in the '08 5.7L black and the '09 5.7L block? There's a local guy selling an '08 block that spun a bearing and since I'm looking for a new block for a forged rotating assembly I figured it might be a good starting point but I'm not 100% sure if there are any differences in the block itself between the 2 years. I know the top end, intake, and timing cover are different, but is the block itself the same?

Afraid so, '09 is the first VVT year, so the crank, front cover, balancer, and cam gear are different.
