1999 Ram 1500 no heat

Hello I have a Dodge Ram 1500 V8 Laramie style. Driving today with very little heat. Engine running cold on the highway (180 degrees - usually runs around 205). Checked coolant - ok. Upper rad hose hot, lower rad hose ice cold.

stuck thermo ?
plugged up heater core ?

any other ideas ?

Possible causes are: Low coolant level, stuck open thermostat, poor coolant flow, blend door problem, or the heater core. The most likely cause based on your description of the symptoms is a stuck open thermostat.
