How did you check the core to determine it's ok? What is the temp of the heater hoses?

So you have a new heater core and little or no heat? Did you check for a stuck open thermostat?

Thermostat was the first thing I changed

I know this thread is little over 3 wks old, but if still having problems with no heat consider your water pump. That's what was wore out on my '97 Ram
