2000 1500 15" rims and backspacing?

I have a 2000 1500 and I bought it with 15" american racing wheels on it and there aint much space between the rim and the caliper. I want to put another set of old gasser style 15s on it and was wondering if I needed a cirtain backspacing or whateverto clear the caliper. Im lookin to get 15x10s

if you are looking to clear the caliper more you need a bigger size rim. back spacing and off set are not going to help you getting the inside of the rim from be so close to the caliper just a bigger rim size.

I have seen a bunch of 2nd gens with 15s on them mine included. Ya think that any 15 will fit?

if you have 15s on there now and it is clearing the calipers then i would assume any 15s would work, but you they would still be as close as it is now.
