From Leather to Cloth in a Laramie

My Laramie has the heated/cooled, memory, power, leather seats in it. Will swapping these seats out for a set of power cloth seats cause me any issues? The cloth seats are not heated/cooled and do not have memory. I just want to make sure I am not going to have issues with my airbag/seat belt system.

leather to cloth swap out?

may i enquire as to why?

I think that the cloth seats are more comfortable and I do not use the heated/cooled and memory options in the leather seats.

I already have a buyer for the leather seats. Sorry! I just want to make sure that removing some of the options from the truck won't affect my airbag/seat belt systems. I am hoping that this could be a plug and play swap with no issues.

If you lived in sunny Florida, you would know why leather to cloth. Seats are HOT 10 mounths of the year. (120+ parked in the sun and wearing shorts is not fun)

I'm driving a rental, with leather, while Dodge Is trying th fix the noise in the read end of my Ram. 75 degree outside temp and we have towels on the seats with the A/C running.
