3" body lift yes or no??

I currently have a 7" CST suspension lift. I've hit my limit i guess and I'm bored with it now lol. So I want more lift. Is a body lift a good/safe idea? Thanks!

plenty of people go body on top of suspension. but as some of our lifted guys might tell you, they end up removing the BL shortly after cuz it's just too much. Depends on the tires you are currently running too in my opinion. You start getting up to 10"-11" of lift you need some 38" atleast.

just my .02

I'm running 35" trail graps now. If I can fit 38's I'll run them otherwise I'll just run 37's. The reason I posted this thread is because I went to talk to the guys at the offroad place and they said they wouldn't recommend a body lift just because of the "sketchiness" due to turning bolts and everything. I'm not too educated on body lifts so what do you think?

I've heard mixed reviews on body lifts. A few guys stand behind them and say now-a-days they are safe and if properly installed there are no problems, it was the old school "blocks of wood" people used that were sketchy. I've been told first hand by a shop they hate installing them because they are a PITA, they'd rather install a full suspension lift. The body lift itself isn't bad, its the extensions of everything.
